Working at home

Evan 'worked' at home with me today, creating a story online with a book-publishing kit he received for Christmas. So studious! And clearly working harder than I was, since I was taking pictures of him during this ;-)

Boy in a Box

I swear I should have at least 3 more picture posts with Eric in a box...the boy LOVES to climb in these canvas boxes we have despite being told not to over and over and over again.

As you can see, he finally got out of the box, only to put it on his head :-)

No, I did not put my seven-year-old on a train by himself...not quite willing to be THAT free range of a parent (yet). He's just hanging out in the back of a fire truck (at a birthday party, we did not do anything to deserve the fire truck coming to our house. Yet.).

I'm sure our neighbors think we have traded our youngest child for a dog based on the number of times a day we say "Emmett! Sit!" But no, the two-legged cutie is still around, and using every opportunity to climb onto chairs (and tables).
